First Draft Finished !

After one year of investing every possible minute and heartbeat I could spare, I’ve completed the first draft of my Novel. Although, several chapters have been moved forward to the level of the second draft or possibly even third draft. My last word count, 180K amazing words. I could not be more pleased with my creation. I love the characters. I love the story. And yes, I love the ending, something I’ve come to understand can be somewhat of a challenge. I spent a few weeks tinkering with a few earlier chapters, patiently waiting for the ending to reveal itself to me. My patience paid off, and I feel my readers will be very pleased. That’s what it’s all about, of course, bringing the story to life for the reader. What’s next, editing, proofreading, and professional cover art. I love writing, and I’ll never leave her.
