After purchasing some Editing Software, I’ve somehow found the time to edit the first nine chapters of my novel. Now, this edit is almost entirely for purposes of punctuation, spelling, and structure, along with clarity, engagement, delivery, and flow. The last seven chapters of my book are much longer than the first nine. One day at a time, right!
Yesterday, I came across something from last year. I’d initially written 50K words, and then scrapped it and started over. Those words appear foreign to me. I barely recognize them.
The last thing I expected was for this book to become a [borderline] love story. What was I thinking?
One year, 180K words, and an incredible amount of emotion.
Soon . . .
