Well, here I go again, preparing for another series of dangers. This weekend we’re expecting a snowstorm in Colorado. The forecast calls for 1-3 feet of snow here in the Metro Area and twice that in the foothills.
I don’t usually work weekends, but this week I’ll be working all seven days. My employer went all-in and scheduled us 14 hours [6 AM to 8 PM] both Saturday and Sunday. That’s an added 28 hours to my regular schedule. I appreciate the extra money. Although, we’ll be out there on the highways earning every cent.
I expect no shortage of knuckleheads on the highways this weekend keeping my job interesting. I’m confident I’ll see at least one person driving around in shorts and flip-flops.
