I follow and read quite a few bloggers. Some of these talented authors write about suffering and hardship. We’re all damaged, but some share their trauma with words. Every so often, I come across the word [narcissist]. I have some background with these creatures. These days, I can spot them from a distance in a crowded room.

For those who write about their unfortunate experience with a narcissist from the past [over and over], I urge them to let it go. Release yourself from their strangling hold upon you. Resentment and bitterness will drain your power. Filling your senses with painful, sorrowful remembrances empowers the narcissist with custody of your mind. Safeguard your mind. Preserve your power. Take them off the chessboard forever.

Sobriety is power!

  1. Great post, Joe-Joe! I am not writing anymore new posts about Narcissists but just going over past articles that have mistakes in the when I wrote in haste. I just want my past writings to have better grammar now that I have learned to write “gooder”. Lol. But, I also continue to write new posts about Faith, Heroes, Mental Health, Pets, ETC…
