Pictured: Lady Liberty; Roman Goddess, and Light Bearer. What is a Light Bearer? Well, the Statue of Liberty, of course. š
I graduated High School in the mid-1980s. I can remember my Eighth Grade Government Teacher saying things like, “kids are lazy. Kids no longer care about anything important. Kids aren’t tough these days.”
The same teacher would walk across our small town each morning instead of driving to the school. Granted, a small town with a population of less than 3000 does not take long to navigate. He may have discovered a way to walk uphill both ways, both to and from the school. I did walk uphill both ways, of course.
As long as I can recall, grownups have said, “this new generation is weak and lazy.” Or, at least something to that effect. At times, these statements may seem brutal and unjustified.
Allow me to be creative and make up s**t. For the sake of simplicity, let’s say a committee sat down for a meeting 100 years ago. The sole purpose of this round table discussion would be the destruction of America. On the chalkboard is a graph outlining the 20th and early 21st centuries. Included is a forecast of each upcoming generation and their corresponding goals and objectives.
Sadly, Americans have made it easy for this fruity little club to accomplish its agenda. I’m still making s**t up, of course. How could there possibly be an agenda to erode our youth, generation by generation? Thereby ultimately cultivating the perfect fruity little club generation of clueless, mindless, Godless, genderless, personality-less (a new word) Kool-Aid drinking followers.
I must add this. There are millions of exceptional young people living in this country. Our future depends on these ethical, hardworking, God Fearing individuals. Without them, all is lost.

I was a hip, young, Kool-aid connoisseur before I read the Bible. I’m 26 and I just woke up to the war recently. You are welcome on my page- it’s under construction but I would certainly appreciate feedback on my harsher articles (of which I think this post is relavant.) God bless you and your family, keep sharing and stay real.
