Parents are pushing back against a racial-equity initiative. Honors classes have been eliminated because they didn’t enroll enough Black and Latino students. Honors classes have been replaced with uniform classes. Apparently, Los Angeles does not feel parents should be held accountable for parenting their children. Instead, these ignorant, entitled, self-proclaimed experts [of absolutely nothing] have taken it upon themselves to chop off the head of the class. Never mind the students and parents who have devoted their time, energy, and heart to exceeding at academia in order to secure a future for themselves through hard work.
“This is not a social experiment,” Jon Kean, a Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School Board member, said ahead of the district’s removal of the classes, according to the WSJ. “This is a sound pedagogical approach to education.”

The whole school system pretty much thinks that parents have no rights to their children and have no clue what is best for their child. Especially the woke schools, which seems to be spreading. I’ve been told, on Wimkin, that I have no idea what is best for my son. Even though they have no idea who I am, how old he is or what we’ve been through. It’s infuriatingly sickening what is going on.

I agree completely. It hasn’t happened overnight. We’ve been heading this direction for years. Sadly, things that should never be accepted are becoming normalized. Up is down, and down is up.
